Shipping & Handling:

At Sunflowers we deliver flowers and gifts in New Zealand, in most cases a same or next day delivery is available for New Zealand orders placed before10am Monday- Friday and 8am Saturday.

If your delivery is urgent or there are special delivery instructions required, please include this in the comments field when ordering online, you can also email us or call us direct on (064) 09 2759330. You can select a 1 hour delivery if in Auckland, this is restricted to the inner city suburbs, please check with us if you are unsure of the location.

Sunflowers delivery fee is clearly stated when you select your destination at the time of ordering. Unlike some other florists we do not build the delivery cost into your flowers or goods; this ensures you get our best product and value.

Billing & Payments:

All prices quoted on this website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and includes 15.0% GST. We accept all major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, AMEX and use secure payment gateways through Flo2Cash, PayPal plus you can use or online banking option.

PayPal & Flo2Cash protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use Flo2Cash or PayPal, your financial information is not shared with us, the merchant, making us PCI compliant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction.

Payments processed by Flo2cash & PayPal use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. Flo2cash & PayPal's information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of either 128 or 256 bits (the highest level commercially available).

When You Place An Order...

When you place an order, we require you to provide us with personal information. We use this information to give you a customised experience and to process the orders that you place with us.

For your shopping convenience, personal information you provide to us online to set up your personal account is automatically saved and stored by us. This includes information such as your billing and delivery address, email address and contact telephone number(s).

By creating an account at Sunflowers Florist you will be able to shop faster, be up to date on an orders status, your 'Sunflowers Reward Points' balance and keep track of the orders you have previously made. Your Personal Account is password protected from third parties.

You may access your Personal Account by going to 'My Account' and then signing in with email address and your password. At any time you may change your password and edit your personal information. Our database stores your billing and delivery information, NOT your credit card details, and will automatically transfer it to the order form each time you place an order so that you do not have to re-enter this information when you sign in at subsequent visits.

Changing An Order...

If for any reason you wish to change or cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. We are happy to accommodate your request for changes or cancellations as long as we receive them before the order has been prepared for shipment or has been sent out.
