Because of seasonal changes and the availability of quality flowers and products, some items may have to be substituted. We however guarantee that your order will still represent the image portrayed with the same look and feel.
As professional florists we guarantee your satisfaction with every order sent locally, within NZ and International orders with Interflora. If you are not satisfied with the purchased product we will send a replacement. All you need to do is notify us within 48 hours of delivery and if possible return the flowers.
If you are not satisfied with a gift purchase we do require the goods to be returned along with proof of purchase.
